Mayflower achieve Avaya Gold Accreditation

Mayflower are very pleased to announce that they have recently become an Avaya Gold Partner.

To achieve this status the company needed to meet a range of criteria as outlined by Avaya. This included achieving the required Product Authorisation levels for IP Office, with at least four Avaya Certified engineers.

In addition, Mayflower also had to provide a list of 30 customers, from which Avaya selected 10 to call and complete a customer satisfaction survey. Mayflower easily passed this test with an overall satisfaction score in excess of 85%.
